Verified artisans
ID document, selfie matched against it, diploma or certificate when the artisan has one, registration for a company. No artisan gets a job until our team has approved their file.
The price before work starts
The trade’s starting price is shown before you request, and the artisan’s exact rate as soon as they accept. For larger work, you approve the quote before anything starts.
Live tracking
You see the artisan’s photo and name before they arrive, then their route on the map. You know who is knocking at your door.
Pay at the end
Nothing to pay upfront. At the end, you pay cash or by Mobile Money (MTN, Moov, Celtiis), for the actual amount, with a detailed receipt by email.
After-sales support
Poor work? Report it from the job. The artisan has 48 hours to offer to come back and fix it; without agreement, our team decides.
Genuine reviews
Only customers who had a job with the artisan can rate them. Repeated reports lead to suspension.
Your data protected
Your number and address are only shared with the artisan chosen for your job. Artisans’ ID documents are never published.

How we verify an artisan

The file
On sign-up, the artisan sends their ID, a selfie and, depending on their profile, their diploma or registration.

The review
Our team checks the documents are readable, valid and actually match the person.

The decision
File approved: the artisan can receive jobs. Otherwise it’s refused with a reason and must be fixed.

Ongoing checks
Customer ratings, reports, and a new check if the artisan changes their identity details.
